Move-In/Out Cleaning $60

A move in/out cleaning is done when the house is vacant. In addition to a great cleaning, we vacuum and sanitize the insides of all drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom(s).

Note: drawers and cabinets must be empty. Depending on Condition of Home

Post-construction clean up: 

Studio Starting at $250

1 load of laundry with folding:  $30.00

Dishes $25.00

Inside oven:  Starting at $20.00

 We use a solvent based cleaner (Easy-Off type) to thoroughly clean your oven. 

Inside fridge:  Starting at $20.00 Depending on size and condition of Refrigerator

 We remove all items in your refrigerator and remove all the shelves and drawers for a deep cleaning. 

Inside kitchen cabinets:   Starting at $30.00

Depending on size of kitchen

We remove all items in your cabinets and remove all the shelves and drawers for a deep cleaning.

Interior windows: Starting at $50.00

 A complete cleaning of all inside glass and outside glass on terraces/decks starts at $50 and up, depending on the size of the home. This service includes the use of our step-ladder but not full size ladders or scaffolding. 

Organizing closet: $30.00

Pet Hair Clean-up $30.00
Hourly work (2 hours min): $60

How do I book a service?
You can book your cleaning in a number of ways, of which the easiest is to visit our booking page. Simply select your date and time, fill out the secure form with your information and pay a deposit of $50.00 Dollars. In less than one minute, you’ve done your booking. We will collect at the remaing portion at the end of the job.

What areas are you servicing?
We’re focusing on the Miami Dade & Broward, but we’re also taking reservations for the greater Miami Metro area, including Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Midtown area and Aventura.

Why do you provide two options of Home Leaning Services?

Our Monthly service is the most economical way to go. We will visit your home every week for a month to ensure you dont fall behind cleaning. We also provide a one time fee for each specific home type, if you choose not to do a monthly service plan. 

What if my home is really dirty?

We understand due to our busy life sometimes we fall behind cleaning. If you have fallen behind cleaning, just send us a pictures to our email address so we can provide an accurate estimate or we can also visit your home to provide a quote for your cleaning services.

Will you provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our team will have have the basics, which includes Vacuum, Trash Bags, Cleaning Towels and some Solvents. We do provide our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies if requested for an aditional fee.  We’ll try to accommodate every reasonable request.

Do I have to be home at the time of cleaning?
No, you don’t. But what we ask from you is that you provide instructions on our booking form regarding access to your home. Doormen can usually hand keys to our staff and if you give us a copy of your key, we can simply use that for future appointments. You can also hide it in a safe place for us. If you have an alarm, please also provide instructions on how to disable/re-enable it.

Are you OK with pets?
Yes, our team is OK with pets as long as they’re friendly. On our booking form you can write the name of your pets so we can make friends with them easily.

What are your hours of operation?
We’re open 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday. We’re starting the day at 9am and you can book the last cleaning till 6pm.

How long will my cleaning take?
Our detailed cleaning estimate is about 1 hour/bedroom. To move in/move out or after-construction cleanings we estimate an additional 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of your home. Additional services, such as inside fridge, oven etc. cleaning usually takes an extra 30 minutes.

What’s included in a detailed cleaning?
Detailed cleaning would cover your cleaning basics, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and study.


Do you do move-in/out or after-construction cleaning?
Yes, we do specializing in move-in / move-out and after-construction clean up. 

What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB and Paypal via our booking system.

Is your booking system secure? 
Yes, 100% secure.

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes, you can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hour in advance by calling us at 786-474-6972

We charge a flat $50 fee if the appointment is cancelled after 5pm the day before the cleaning appointment. Additionally, we charge a $100 flat fee if for any reason the cleaners are denied access to the home.
