Real-Time Order Tracking and Notification

From the time you place your order to the time your furniture is delivered, we will keep you updated on your delivery status. Once your order ships, you can track your delivery in real time. Our email notification system and online tracking software provide you with an estimated time of arrival, your driver’s information, the driver’s current stop, and your position on the route. We even provide a Google Map showing your driver’s location, along with a detailed manifest for your order.

State-of-the-Art Notifications

Each order is assigned to one of our regular regional routes. You will receive an email confirming the delivery address, delivery date, list of furniture items, and the name of your professional driver.

You will also receive an automated phone call alerting you of the scheduled delivery day.

You can track your order on our website by entering your phone number, which will display the scheduled delivery date and a list of the items being delivered.

The Week of Delivery

On the week of delivery, simply enter your phone number on our website to access real-time tracking, showing you exactly where the truck is located. An hour or two before delivery, you will receive an automated phone call with your ETA (estimated time of arrival), based on the truck’s GPS location.

Pricing & Ordering

Pickup and delivery from local warehouses within South Florida starts at $295.00. Delivery cost is based on the quantity of furniture and the requirements of the job. Your written quote identifies the pickup and delivery locations, included services and any additional charges. Assembly and installation are included only when listed in your quote.

Orders can be submitted by phone, email, or fax. Orders received by the end of the day Monday will be picked up that same week at the manufacturer, as early as Tuesday. When placing your order, please provide the following information:

Pickup address for the furniture

Exact delivery location (either store or warehouse)

A copy of the invoice from the manufacturer

We begin pickups at the manufacturer as early as Tuesday to ensure your order is loaded on our trucks for the following week’s delivery routes. All furniture is staged at our Margate facility before being loaded for delivery.
